Ria and Shiraj celebrated their love with a beautifully elegant two-day Asian wedding. It was held at the stunning Crows Hall, a gorgeous Grade II listed 16th century manor house in Suffolk. The first day of their festivities was nothing short of magical, filled with tradition, joy, and an incredible party. Their wedding was so good in fact that we have to blog it in two parts
Shiraj began the day with a grand entrance. He arrived for his Jaan in a sports car surrounded by his family. Smoke bombs, dancing and anticipation filled the air as they reached the picturesque venue, setting the tone for a day full of celebrations.
The colourful and joyful traditional wedding ceremony followed. It was a beautiful blend of the rich cultural heritage of both families. Ria and Shiraj exchanged vows amidst vibrant decorations and the blessings of their loved ones. It was a beautifully personal ceremony with both laughs and tears.
After the ceremony, everyone enjoyed a relaxed outdoor meal, taking in the beauty of Crows Hall‘s gardens. The laid back atmosphere allowed for mingling, relaxing and laughter, which was the absolutely perfection combination of things for this wonderful couple.
The evening then transitioned into an incredibly energetic sangeet. It ended up being a night filled with music, dance, and laughter. Ria and Shiraj’s friends and families showcased their dance moves, turning the event into a joyous celebration of love and unity.

White Dove Barns in Suffolk was the perfect spot for Robyn and Ravi’s multi-day, multi-cultural, multi-awesome wedding. From our first chat with these big adventurers, we got a sense that their wedding would be something beautifully unique. We have never been to a wedding that has both a ceilidh and Indian dancing in the space of an hour! But if there was one thing that seemed important to these babes was honouring both their cultures, their interests, and their loved ones. And their fusion Asian wedding was just this!
For day two of their Asian fusion wedding, Ravi’s Bharat had him arriving on a vintage red tractor which was pretty damn spectacular. Their ceremony was one of the most beautiful and unique we have had the opportunity to share. Officiated by and featuring many dear family members it focused on the key parts of their relationship and personalities. Its also definitely the first wedding we have seen which has had Welly wanging, fishing for rings and planting a tree.
For a couple who spent their honeymoon cycling through India – how bloody amazing is that?! their wedding was everything and more we could have imagined! Their sense of adventure, wander and general joy for life was an absolute delight to share in, and document. Be warned, this is a long post as its the only way we could do justice to their two day celebration!
