From Pokhara we went into the jungle of Chitwan where we stayed on an island in the middle of monsoon season with no running water or electricity and while the beers were warm, leeches kept finding their way onto us and there was two hours or power a night thanks to a generator, it was probably the most incredible part of our trip, not least because we got engaged after an amazing elephant back safari.
