When we first chatted to Lisa and Gareth on Skype, and she mentioned she loved the bright vibrant colour of our work and wanted a vibrant and unique wedding – it was love at first sight! (Plus I am a sucker for girls with colourful hair! Lisa’s was turquoise at the time which for me was just a sign it was meant to be!) When we met them in Cape Town a few months later for their pre wedding shoot we were so taken with their incredible energy and intense fire for each other so we knew their wedding was going to be just incredible. By the end of our few hours with them we felt like old friends.
Their wedding took place on a sweltering December day and every part of it was just next level perfection. They got married at The Grand Exotic in Ballito. Lisa’s mind blowingly gorgeous dress was Chanelle Cindy Bridal. Hair and PHENOMENAL make up (ummm green bridal eye shadow YES PLEASE) by Britt and her team from Blend Hair and Make Up. And decor, I don’t even know where to begin with this as it is honestly the most colorful and unqiue wedding decor we have seen in our decade of shooting. It was done by our new faves M and B events.
